Payment Methods Accepted:
We accept personal and cashier's checks, money orders and can accept credit card payment through Paypal. To order through Paypal, just click on the gift box link next to the item. To pay by check or money order, indicate your preference on your order form and I will send you a confirmation of your total cost. Please mail payment to:

Taxes:
There is no tax to be paid unless you live in the state of California. I am required by law to charge the local sales tax in your area. I plan to offer a little something extra for my fellow individual Californians to compensate for their paying tax. My apologies.
Shipping:
I will ship within 24 hours of Paypal confirmation of payment, unless I notify you otherwise (out of the area), or you order over the weekend without next day delivery via USPS. All other payments will be shipped after bank clearance (1-10 days). All orders will arrive in my signature gift box with a tag, ready to be given (even to yourself!). The box will be carefully wrapped in a larger shipping box.
Delivery Options:
I ship to the United States and most international countries. There are 6 flat rates for the 48 contigious states, and they are as follows:
USPS First Class: $7.00 (up to 13 oz.)
USPS Priority: $9.00 (up to 2 lbs.)
This includes delivery confirmation (tracking) and insurance on all of the above.
UPS Ground: $10.00 (up to two pounds)
UPS 2nd Day Air: $15.00 (up to two pounds)
UPS Next Day: $32.00 (up to two pounds)
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico will be calculated at the time of sale and are only slightly higher. International destinations will be shipped Global Priority Mail. Contact me via email (located under 'about' drop down menu) for a quote.
My Customer Service Policy:
I want you to be thrilled with your jewelry or mobile. It was made to withstand a lifetime's worth of enjoyment and if it ever breaks due to design flaw or unavoidable damage, please send it back to me and I will fix it free of charge and send it back to you. If you receive your piece and feel that it was not fairly represented, please send it back within 30 days and I will be happy to refund your money, less shipping. I think you will be so happy with the quality of your piece, that you will return for more purchases, and I make it my business to ensure this.

All of my pieces (except earrings, where it would be a distraction) come with a precious metal logo tag for authentication purposes. I do custom design, re-invention of older pieces and some repair work, as well, and would be happy to discuss these things with you and give you an estimate.
